Dear Customer, if you purchased an item that was defective we will gladly offer you an exchange of similar value. Please send us a message at [email protected]; call or text at 562 314 6254 to let us know that your product is defective (please include photos). In some cases we will accept a non defective item return as well.
Our return/exchange period lasts 10 days after your item was delivered. If 11 days have gone by since delivery date of your purchase with no notification from you (that you intend to return your purchase), we won't be able to offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a refund the item has to be unused, in same packaging and condition that you received it. When you are returning item(s) please use a trackable shipping service; you will be responsible for return / exchange shipping cost (non-refundable). We will pay the new product’s shipping cost.
When we receive the tracking number and the package is delivered, we will send you an email to notify you that your return/exchange was received.
Return funds will be processed for you through PAYPAL, within 2 days
